How the fee is calculated

For Business and Premium, the fee comprises application access and the standards package; after one year, an annual licence is payable.

Standards package = catalogue price of selected standards × multiple-user coefficient

For Premium, the annual update subscription is calculated in the same way: catalogue price of updated standards × multiple-user coefficient, less a 20% discount.

02Receive your Client Admin accountSign in with the email address and password provided. You can change the password later.
03Create usersAdd internal users and grant viewing, saving or printing rights according to your package.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Client Admin and who are internal users?

The Client Admin is the administrator appointed by the subscribing organisation. They create internal users, grant rights, manage orders and payments and liaise with ASRO.

Internal users are created by the Client Admin and have rights according to the subscription. They tell the Client Admin which standards they need.

Can I save standards as PDFs?

Yes, with Business and Premium subscriptions, if the Client Admin grants saving rights. Saved PDFs contain a watermark with the internal user’s name, organisation name, invoice date and save date.

Can I print standards?

Business and Premium users can be granted the right to print one copy of a standard. Printouts contain a watermark with the internal user’s name, organisation name, invoice date and print date. Basic subscribers cannot print standards.

How do I pay?

With Business, the Client Admin has two payment options: bank card or pro forma invoice. Standards are available immediately after the order is placed, and the pro forma invoice is payable within 15 days. The tax invoice is available in the Invoices section.

With Premium, updated standards are added monthly and payment is made in advance or monthly, according to the option selected in the contract.

Which browsers and devices are supported?

Info.Standard 5.0 is accessed in a browser without installation. We recommend Chrome, Mozilla, Safari or Microsoft Edge.

The application is also designed to work on tablets and mobile phones, and the experience on these devices is continually improved. ASRO cannot guarantee that the application will work on every PC on every network because of their security settings.
